The Crossfit.com message board is fantastic and has a lot of great information on equipment. However, much of the info & recommendations are focused on US suppliers – which often do not ship to the UK or the delivery costs are extremely expensive and frequently prohibitive. As a result of this, Crossfit Equipment UK http://crossfitequipment.co.uk/ was set up, with the goal of helping UK Crossfitters find affordable, quality Crossfit type equipment, mainly from UK & European fitness suppliers.
